The location, facing the lake, added to the overall ambiance of the hotel and made my visit to Zurich most enjoyable. The staff at La Reserve Eden Au Lac were warm and cute, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The bathroom in my room was modern and luxurious, complete with high-quality amenities. The rooftop bar and restaurant offered amazing views of the area and the food was of really good quality. Fine lake view from the terrace and a central location make it easy to explore the city. The service was really good, with personalized touches and friendly staff.
The noise from the main street was a bit bothersome, and the special order breakfast items were not up to par. It's best to stick to the buffet options.

The staff at the hotel was really good - friendly, well-trained, and were pretty good. The service everywhere was great, and every staff member was always ready to help. The hotel's welcome for my dog was really good, including amenities and a great attitude from the staff. The Mediterranean restaurant was excellent, with excellent service. The view from our room was fantastic, overlooking the lake and the promenade. The modern and bold interior design by Philip Stark added a special touch. The breakfast was legendary, with a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel was conveniently located near the town center and close to the lake.
Not one thing.
